Let Ace Alameda Station introduce you to the joys of deep frying with the Bayou Classic outdoor cooking system.  Deep frying is a fantastic way to prepare a whole turkey or chicken - flavorful, juicy and tender - and never greasy.

A whole 14 lb. turkey can be prepared in approximately 60 minutes (oil heating and cooking times vary, see instructions).  We also carry cooking oil.
