Commercial account customers can now elect
to receive copies of their invoices and/or monthly statements via email.
There are several advantages for you:
- Invoices in PDF format will be
sent to you via email immediately after each purchase is made.
You will see what was purchased, as well as who made and signed-for
the purchase.
- You may elect to receive your
monthly statements via email, hard copy or both. (Note that
emailed statements will not include invoice copies along with the
statement. Hard copy statements will include invoice copies.
If you elect email statements, you should also elect for email
invoices to ensure you receive all invoice copies.)
- You may include multiple e-mail
addresses in your profile with us.
- Go green, save paper and receive
your invoices and statements faster.
If you wish to add email addresses to
your account profile for invoices and statements, please email us at
info@AceAlamedaStation.com and provide the following information:
- Your company name and customer
account number (if known).
- Email address(es) to receive
invoice copies one per line.
- Email address(es) to receive
statement copies one per line
You may also complete this
form.
Please add
invoices@acealamedastation.com and
receivables@acealamedastation.com to your "safe senders" list in
your email program.
