Cost-Plus Bulk Pricing
Businesses need a variety of items on a recurring basis. Items such as light bulbs, door lock sets, chip keys, hardware, cleaning products, paint etc. can be priced in bulk.
Guaranteed In-Stock Positions
We will guarantee that items important to your business are in-stock when you need them. Speak to your commercial account manager or a supervisor about your volume requirements and we will establish in-stock minimums to meet your needs.
No-Charge Special Orders
We stock thousands of individual items in our store, but there are also more than 80,000 items available for special order from the Ace regional distribution center at no extra charge. Special orders usually arrive at our store within 2-3 days. On-line users can order automatically either from in-stock items or distribution center items.
Hassle-Free Tax-Exempt Purchasing
If you are a tax-exempt government or charity, or if you purchase items for resale, we can make your non-taxable purchases a breeze.
Corporate Credit Card Integration
Corporate purchasing cards or credit cards may be placed securely on-file with us so purchases can be made using the card by your authorized list of purchasers.
Invoices and Monthly Statements
Invoices can be e-mailed immediately after each purchase. Monthly statements are e-mailed or mailed with a summary of your purchases as well as duplicate invoices for all purchases made. Statements, invoices and full order history can be accessed on-line.
How to Apply
For credit accounts, download and complete a Commercial Account Application. For those not requesting credit terms, download and complete a Commercial Ace Rewards Registration. Fax your completed form to us at (303) 733-3399 or email it to us at info@AceAlamedaStation.com. If you wish to include a credit card on-file with your account, download and complete a Credit Card Authorization Release. A store manager will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your application.

*Purchases with negotiated discounts or cost-plus pricing may be excluded from rewards. Ace Rewards members do not earn rewards for discounted commercial purchases.
